a list for part customers, a list for corporate clients and a
list for suppliers.

Are my email lists shared with anyone else?
Absolutely not. You lists are private and secure. They are only
available to you. We will not resell or share any list you create
on MessageXpress. We make our money when you use the system and
not by selling email lists.

Are my email lists secure?
Yes your lists are very secure. All lists are created in SQL databases
and each account is partitioned (separated) from other user lists.
We also maintain a multitude of secure firewalls and other security
technologies. All your information is backed-up to remote servers
on a daily basis for disaster recovery purposes.

Is there a limit file size for each email I send through MessageXpress?
Yes. In order to provide the best service to you and to the people
you're sending to, you should limit the size of any email sent
to 100k. Don't get us wrong, 100k is a huge email file and most
emails we all receive everyday are much less than 100k. Keep in
mind that many people throughout the world pay for their time
while connected to the Internet...so you don't want to send an
email which takes forever to download.

How long is my account good for?
Your account is good forever or until you cancel it. There are
no long term contracts. You just need to give 30 days notice.

Can I upload my own list if I already have one?
Yes you can upload your own email lists. This is clearly explained

Why can't I just bulk email messages from my own email program?
This is not only complicated and time consuming, it is very dangerous.
Your hosting company will see that you're sending out thousands
of emails and will think your sending out SPAM - unsolicited junk
mail. Your ISP will quickly shut you down and cancel your email
campaign as well as effecting your website.
